‘UFO fleet’ caught on camera
A man has filmed 14 mysterious glowing UFO lights floating above the “middle of the ocean”. William Guy was on board a ferry in North Carolina, in the USA, when he spotted the weird unexplained items in the sky.
He can be heard saying: “Look, nothing in the sky at all,” before he pans across the skyline.
He then adds: “Can anybody tell me what that is?
“We’re in the middle of the ocean, on a ferry.
“There’s nothing around, look, no land, no nothing.” Other people on the boat can be heard saying: “You only see this stuff on TV.”
He uploaded the footage, taken on the Pamlico Sound lagoon, off the coast of North Carolina, to YouTube less than a week ago and it has already had almost 421,377 views.
The lights apppeared for about 90 seconds before vanishing.
North Carolina newspaper, The Charlotte Observer reports that Guy took the footage while crossing the Pamlico Sound from Ocracoke Island to the mainland.
In the comments below the footage, Guy explains that after they vanished they re-appeared a few minutes later.
“Then one by one they disappeared,” Guy writes.
While many of those buying into the debate in the comments section say the lights are flares, including a former marine who was based in the area, Guy is not convinced.
“A lot of people I have talked to here on the island said it was flares, but they also said they have never seen anything like what I captured,” he writes.
The footage comes just weeks after the US Navy admitted the objects seen in recently declassifeid footage from 2004 were UFOs.
